I've been saying the same thing for years myself, James. We think alike, my friend. All they have to offer is "tax cuts for the wealthy," and, knowing that wouldn't be too popular no matter how they try to phrase it, they made a deal with the devil (the fanatics - ie fascist, QAnon, and the religious crazies). Now, they find they can't win an election without catering to these total whacko's needs and desires.
