You're absolutely correct, James. In fact, in that very interview I mentioned, he did say he no longer believes in "organized religion" - which I'm sure he never did in the first place. Of course, that still did stop him from fleecing the flock, as well as administering Draconian rules and regulations on the student body. Things which he had no intention of ever obeying.
